Consultant for Local Agencies

Luke is a Senior Care Advisor who is passionate about the ethical care and treatment of our elderly population. As a result of his passion and knowledge, he is regularly consulted by agencies, attorneys, law enforcement, officers of the court and hospitals to help with providing immediate support for those needing services. He trains other professionals, which requires staying up-to-date on regulations.

 

Luke also volunteers and has served as a board member for the South Carolina Aging in Place Coalition and Lowcountry Senior Network. Luke started the speakers bureau as part of the coalition to educate the public on how to prepare to live independently, comfortably and safely in the senior sector.

 

He is regularly involved in senior support. He has served as a volunteer driver for the Senior Ride Connection within the Charleston, South Carolina region before Uber.

Luke's Credentials

Luke is a member of the American Society on Aging, National Care Planning Council, Preservation Society of Charleston, and is a past member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and the National Guardianship Association. Due to the ever-changing landscape of resources available to elderly clients and the related regulations, Luke regularly attends classes, seminars, and conferences to stay up-to-date on regulations and information pertaining to the care and housing of elderly clients.
